Technical call center skill set

Candidates must have at least 4 of the following skills:

  1. 1 year of technical call center experience.
  2. Fluent speaking and writing in a 2nd or 3rd language (in order of preference): English, German, French, Italian, Portuguese.
  3. Microsoft Windows advanced user.
  4. Unix/Linux advanced user.
  5. Technical support experience.
  6. 3 years of computer studies (engineering/analyst/developer) or equivalent experience.
  7. Networking knowledge
  8. HTML/XML/CSS/MySql/php experience.

Advanced technical skill set

Candidates must have at least 4 of the following skills:

  1. Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  2. Microsoft Windows administrator.
  3. Unix/Linux administrator.
  4. DBA/Strong SQL background.
  5. 2 years of software developing experience.
  6. Networking expertise.
  7. 2 years of advanced IT support experience.
